Boravci kraći od 3 noćenja naplaćuju se 30% više od ukupne cijene po sezonskom cjeniku // Stays shorter than 3 nights are charged 30% more than the total price according to the seasonal price list

Boravišna pristojba, klima uređaj, parkirno mjesto, posteljina, ručnici, korištenje perilice rublja, uključeni su u cijenu usluge // Tourist tax, air conditioning, parking space, bed linen, towels and use of the washing machine are included in the price of the service

The contact form and the web reservation form are not confirmation of the accommodation reservation
After receiving the offer from Villa Batuda on your e mail, an advance payment is required
The reservation is valid after a visible advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay and is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment remains valid for arrival in another period on agreement (depending on the availability of the apartment) within 3 years from the reservation period
The canceled reservation can be transferred to a family member/friend for whom the same conditions and rules apply
The reservation must be paid within 48 hours, except in special cases by agreement, otherwise it is considered invalid
The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment
In case of any damage to the apartment or its contents, the same will be charged
The reservation and cancellation regulations as well as the bank confirmation of the IBAN are attached to the e-mail with the offer

Check in: after 3:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed earlier, we usually try to have the apartment ready when the first ferry arrives)
Check out: 10:00 AM (except off-season by agreement)
Pets are allowed - it is necessary to announce furry family member arrival with a reservation and it is charged 30€ per reservation
We have an extra cot and a feeder for the child/baby available - please book with the reservation
A washing machine is available for shared use and is included in the price
