• Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price

• The price is independent of whether 1 or 3 persons are staying in the apartment

• The contact form and the web reservation form are not confirmation of the accommodation reservation

• After receiving the offer from Villa Batuda on your e mail, an advance payment is required

• The reservation is valid after a visible advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay and is non-refundable.

• In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment remains valid for arrival in another period on agreement (depending on the availability of the apartment) within 3 years from the reservation period

• The canceled reservation can be transferred to a family member/friend for whom the same conditions and rules apply

• The reservation must be paid within 48 hours, except in special cases by agreement, otherwise it is considered invalid

• The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment

• In case of any damage to the apartment or its contents, the same will be charged

• The reservation and cancellation regulations as well as the bank confirmation of the IBAN are attached to the e-mail with the offer

• Check in: after 3:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed earlier, we usually try to have the apartment ready when the first ferry arrives)

• Check out: 10:00 AM (except off-season by agreement)

• Pets are allowed - it is necessary to announce furry family member arrival with a reservation

• We have an extra cot and a feeder for the child/baby available - please book with the reservation
